Who we are

Rockwell Pharmacy, The Rockwell Community Centre, Summerfield Road, Thorpe Edge, Bradford, BD10 8DP, is run by Pharmcare Plus Ltd (company number 17101422, registered office 58 Greenhead Lane, Huddersfield HD5 8EB). Pharmcare Plus Ltd is the data controller for the personal information you give us through this website and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC265362. What we collect

  • When you book: your name, date of birth, email, phone number, GP surgery if you give it, the service and time you choose, and any notes you add.
  • When you ask for delivery, dosette trays or nomination: the details on that form, including your address.
  • When you send a message: your name, contact details and message.
  • Basic technical information, such as a scrambled version of your IP address, to stop spam and misuse.

Why we use it

To arrange and provide your appointment or request, contact you about it, send your confirmation and reminder, and keep the clinical and NHS records we must keep. We rely on the provision of health care (UK GDPR Articles 6(1)(e) and 9(2)(h)) for NHS services, and on providing a service you asked for (Article 6(1)(b)) for private services. We do not use your information for marketing and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

  • Your GP surgery and other NHS services, where that's part of the service you receive.
  • Companies that run our website for us, under contract and only on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting, London), Neon (booking database, London) and Resend (sending booking emails).

How long we keep it

Appointment records are kept for as long as NHS record-keeping rules require. Website messages and requests are deleted once they're dealt with and no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, and in some cases ask us to delete or stop using it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website only uses a cookie when pharmacy staff sign in to manage bookings. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
